I highly recommend using them and found Donna goes beyond what is expected very professional,thoughtful and provides advice and options to suit each funeral.My dad was in the Army Donna provided the RE poem what makes a royal engineer which was brilliant. Her Irder Of Sevice templates are fantastic and recently can now provide a florist service which we used for my mum everyone commented on the flower selection which was for my mum. I can’t say enough how grateful myself and my brothers owe to Donna for two amazing funeral order of services

Donna has been so kind, helpful and friendly for what has been and still is, the most painful time of mine and my family. I lost my Dad this April and Donna was so kind, nothing was ever any problems. She put together a wonderful Order of service so fitting for my Dad along with a beautiful photo memory board. She also provides resin membrane items so you can keep some of the funeral flowers as a keep sake or anything you wish to be made, nothing is too much trouble to create. She had made for me a sweet teddy bear with the Chelsea FC ribbon I wore on the day of my Dad's funeral. It is stunning amongst other very special keep sake resin items. I was able to email her and speak to her, she always had the time for mine and my family needs. A kind and understanding voice is what you need in this situation and Donna is that on the phone or in person. Her service is valued for money making sure that your needs are met to the highest standards. Donna just made things so hassle and stress free. I would highly recommend her service, not only for the sad times, but the happy times too. My family and I send Donna and Sarah (the resin lady) a massive and heartfelt thank you for everything you have provided for us. Thank you
